Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat movie from Jon M Chu

He is still busy with Wicked, but already thinking about the next big project.

The new movie version of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat was rumoured earlier this year.

This week in an interview Chu was telling to Deadline that  "We’ll see how we go. I wait until we get the script right, and I’ll wait until it feels like an urgent need – that the world needs it ‘right now’.”

Chu added that it has been "great" to work with composer Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, and they maybe consider a new tune for the movie.
