Boy George to join Moulin Rouge! cast on Broadway

He will play Harold Zidler from 6 February 2024 to 12 May 2024

Boy George is known as the lead singer of Culture Club with hit singles such as ‘Karma Chameleon’ and ‘Do you really want to hurt me’. Previously he was last seen on Broadway in Taboo in 2003.

He will play Zidler, who is the owner of the Moulin Rouge, the Montmartre nightclub where Christian, the poor poet falls in love with Satine, the beautiful star of the nightclub.

Book of Moulin Rouge! The Musical is by John Logan, the show is directed by Alex Timbers, choreographed by Sonya Tayeh, music supervision, orchestrations, and arrangements by Justin Levine.
