Broadway cast album release for Gutenberg! The musical

Starring Tony Award® nominees Josh Gad and Andrew Rannells, written by Tony and Emmy Award® nominees Scott Brown and Anthony King, and directed by Tony Award winner Alex Timbers musical Gutenberg! has released a Broadway production cast album. 

Gutenberg! is the story of two best pals named Bud and Doug who put on a show together because they just love each other so damn much. It’s the funniest thing to come to Broadway since 1448! This is the year the printing press was invented by Johannes Gutenberg, the subject of the musical that Bud and Doug wrote.

The album is produced and mixed by 12-time Emmy Award winner and three-time GRAMMY Award nominee Michael Croiter. Van Dean, Marcia Goldberg, and Andrew Paradis serve as Executive Producers. Gutenberg! composers Anthony King, Scott Brown and Marco Paguia serve as album co-producers. Music supervision, arrangements, and orchestrations are by T.O. Sterrett, vocal supervision is by Liz Caplan, and music direction is by Paguia.

On Friday, May 17, the album will be released from Center Stage Records and Yellow Sound Label in physical format. The album also features comedy legend Mel Brooks in the role of the ‘Guest Producer.’
