Cabaret West End cast change
The new cast members will join on 23 September
Here is the time again for a cast change at the Kit Kat Club. The new Emcee and Sally Bowles were announced. From 23 September, Olivier Award nominee Adam Gillen will appear as Emcee and Golden Globe nominee Katherine Langford will play Sally Bowles.
While Adam Gillen is known for his stage roles in Amadeus, I, Joan, Henry VIII, Romeo and Juliet and other roles, Katherine Langford is mostly known for her screen roles as 13 Reasons Why, Knives Out, Spontaneous, Love, Simon, Cursed and Savage River and Sally Bowles will be her West End debut.
They will star in the London production of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club between 23 September - 25 January.
Also joining the show are Daniel Bowerbank as Clifford Bradshaw, Fred Haig as Ernst Ludwig and Xenoa Campbell-Ledgister, Sam Darius, Adrian Grove, Justin-Lee Jones, Alexandra Regan, Marina Tavolieri, Ben Simon Wilson, Wojna and Lucy Young.
Staying with the production are Sally Ann Triplett as Fraulein Schneider, Fenton Gray as Herr Schultz and Jessica Kirton as Fraulein Kost/Fritzie with Damon Gould, El Haq Latief, Ela Lisondra, Hícaro Nicolai, Andy Rees and Patrick Wilden.
The show is directed by Rebecca Frecknall, set and costume design by Tom Scutt choreography by Julia Cheng, musical supervision is by Jennifer Whyte musical direction by Ben Ferguson, lighting design is by Isabella Byrd, sound design by Nick Lidster, associate director Jordan Fein, casting director Stuart Burt
