Mozart! The musical premiered in 1999 at the Theatre and der Wien in Austria and since then appeared many European and Eastern Asian stages.
Mozart! The musical is about difficulties and conflicts in the composer’s life: the struggle of the genius between fatherly love and authority. Art versus freedom, father versus son. Mozart! tell the story of a journey with many successful stations between Vienna, Salzburg and Paris, simultaneously the story of a lost love. The well-established composer duo, Michael Kunze (text) and Sylvester Levay (music) are the guarantors for successful, dramatic musicals.
