Operation Mincemeat introduces new cast member

The show won two Best New Musical awards recently

Operation Mincemeat is based on an unbelievable true story from WWII. It is written and composed by David Cumming, Felix Hagan, Natasha Hodgson and Zoë Roberts of SpitLip. The show ran at the Fortune Theatre and was extended several times already.

From the original cast David Cumming, Jak Malone, Zoë Roberts and Natasha Hodgson played their role last time on last Saturday.

Claire-Marie Hall will continue as Jean Leslie and others. Joining the cast are Chloe Hart (Six The Musical – UK tour) as Johnny Bevan and others, Emily Barber (Bodies, Industry, Backstairs Billy – West End) as Ewen Montagu and others, Christian Andrews (Cinderella, A Pissedmas Carol) as Hester Leggatt and others; Seán Carey (The Play That Goes Wrong) as Charles Cholmondeley and others.

New understudies are George Jennings (Nell Gwynn – West End & Shakespeare’s Globe) and Jonty Peach (SuperYou, Stranger Sings!), joining Geri Allan and Holly Sumpton.

The show is directed by 2023 Olivier Award nominated Robert Hastie, choreography by Olivier Award nominated Jenny Arnold, set and costume design by Ben Stones, lighting design by Mark Henderson, sound design by Mike Walker, orchestrator and vocal arranger Steve Sidwell, musical director Joe Bunker, associate director Georgie Staight, associate choreographer Paul Isaiah Isles and casting by Pearson Casting.
