Islington`s King`s Head Theatre announced the world premiere of Stalled

Olivier, Tony and Drama Desk Awards nominee Lauren Ward (Stranger Things, The First Shadow, Dear Evan Hansen) leads the cast in the World Premier of STALLED, a new musical about mothers, daughters and moving on, joined by Grece Venus, Carrie Sutton, Evita Khrime, Josie Benson, Regina Co, Rebecca-Jo Roberts, Isabella Gervais, Cezarah Bonner, Emma Espada and Joanna Kirkland.

In a bougie-ass Seattle ladies’ room, meet a frazzled mother, a neurodivergent daughter, a fierce 16-year-old poet and a terrified queer computer scientist – together navigating the ups and downs of modern life with heart and courage.

The book writer and co-lyricist is Liesl Wilke, the composer and lyrics by Andy March, and additional music and lyrics by Kyle Puccia. The show is directed by Vikki Stone, musical director Livi Van Warmelo, set and costume design by Emily Bewtow, casting director Rob Kelly, lighting designer Ciarán Cunningham, sound designer Dan Samson, producer and general manager Thomas Hopkins Production.
