The Dolly Show Comes to the Gillian Lynne Theatre

The much-loved The Dolly Show is heading to London’s West End, with a special engagement at the Gillian Lynne Theatre.

Celebrating the music, personality and spectacular career of country music icon Dolly Parton, The Dolly Show brings together some of Parton’s best-known songs in an entertaining tribute packed with big vocals, humour and plenty of Dolly glamour.

The show celebrates hits including “Jolene,” “9 to 5,” “Islands in the Stream,” “I Will Always Love You” and “Here You Come Again,” alongside stories and observations inspired by Parton’s remarkable life and career.

At the centre of the production is acclaimed Dolly Parton tribute performer Kerry Simmonds, whose portrayal has taken The Dolly Show to audiences around the world. The performance aims to capture not only Parton’s unmistakable voice and appearance, but also her warmth, wit and larger-than-life personality.

The London engagement will bring this popular tribute show to the West End stage of the Gillian Lynne Theatre, adding another Dolly Parton celebration to a venue with a strong connection to musical theatre.
