The Phantom of the Opera is playing in Greece
Andrew Lloyd Webber`s classic is playing in Athens and Thessaloniki
After 49 sold-out performances, The Phantom of the Opera broke all previous ticket records in 2020. The spectacular musical returned to Greece on 8 February 2023.
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s romantic and captivating play re-tells the tender love story between Christine and the mysterious “Phantom of the Opera”. It will include famous, all-time classic songs and the suspense and mystery it is renowned for. The talented and leading international cast will again keep the audience in the Christmas Theater and Thessaloniki’s Concert Hall in awe.
The musical will play in English with a Greek subtitle.
The international cast contains Tim Howar as The Phantom, Harriet Jones and Georgia Wilkinson as Christine Daae, Nadim Naaman as Raoul, Viconte de Chagny, Lare Martins as Carlotta Giudicelli, Arvid Larsen as Monsieur Andre, Nicholas Garrett as Monsieur Firmin, John Ellis as Ubaldo Piangi, Valeria Cutko as Madame Giry, Kelsi Boyden as Meg Giry, Dougie Carter as Auctioneer, Paul Erbs as Monsieur Reyer, Connor Ewing as Joseph Buquet and Glain Rhys as opera chorus.
The musical is based on the novel `Le Fantome De L`Opera` by Gaston Leroux.
