Top Hat UK Tour casting has been announced

The tour launches on 18th September at Woking’s New Victoria Theatre
Step into a world of elegance, romance, and dazzling dance as the golden age of Hollywood is brought to life on stage. Based on the classic 1935 film starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, Top Hat features some of Irving Berlin’s greatest songs, including Cheek to Cheek, Let’s Face the Music and Dance, Top Hat, White Tie and Tails, and Puttin’ on the Ritz.
Phillip Attmore as Jerry Travers, Sally Ann Triplett as Madge Hardwick, James Clyde as Bates and Alex Gibson-Giorgio as Alberto Beddini reprising their roles from the Chichester Festival Theatre.
They are joined by Amara Okereke as Dale Tremont, James Hume as Horace Hardwick and Lindsay Atherton, Rhiannon Bacchus, Jeremy Batt, Freddie Clements, Pedro Donoso, Bethan Downing, Autumn Draper, Tilly Ducker, Maddie Harper, Stuart Hickey, Laura Hills, Connor Hughes, George Lyons, David McIntosh, Jordan Oliver, Emily Anne Potter, Joe Press, Molly Rees Howe, Kirsty Sparks and Toyan Thomas-Browne.
The show is directed and choreographed by Kathleen Marshall, music and lyrics by Berlin, book by Matthew White and Howard Jacques, set design by Peter McKintosh, costume design by Yvonne Milnes and Peter McKintosh, musical supervision by Gareth Valentine, musical direction by Stephen Ridley, orchestration and arrangement by Chris Walker, lighting by Tim Mitchell, sound by Paul Groothuis, casting by Natalie Gallacher CDG for Pippa Ailion and Natalie Gallacher Casting, associate director and choreographer Carol Lee Meadows, associate director Cameron Wenn, associate set designer Ben Davies, associate lighting designer Imogen Clarke, associate sound designer Rich Pomeroy, associate musical director Luke Holman and resident director and choreographer Richard Pitt.
